Policies

To maintain quality and ensure an allergy free environment, all units are  "No Pets",  "No Drugs", and "No
Smoking" .  Smoking is permitted outside only.
SECURITY AND DAMAGE DEPOSITS

$100.00 Reimbursable Deposit is Required for all reservations that are less than 7 nights.

$200.00 Reimbursable Deposit is Required for all reservations that are more than 7 nights.
DEPOSITS AND CONFIRMATION

After you place a reservation with us, we require a 50% rental deposit.  Upon receiving that, we will promptly
return you a confirmation by e mail.  The balance will be due upon arrival.
CANCELLATION

With a 60 day or more written notice we will refund the full deposit, less a $50.00 processing fee.  With less
than a 60 day written notice, we make best effort to re-book the villa and refund what is re-rented less a $50.00
processing fee.

Each time i travel to Puerto Rico i make reservations at hotels. This time i wanted to have a different experience. I
found this amazing place called Cozy for two. The place was warm,cozy, super quiet and private. I stayed with my
son and Jean and Harry made all their efforts to make us feel comfortable and made us feel like if we were family.
I miss our morning chats and advise of were to go. I certainly over packed. They provide you with everything for
the beach. Just bring your bathing suit. The villa was equipped with everything you need from coffee
pot,cookware,toiletries, and of course fresh laundry every day. Every night Jean will have the AC on in the villa so
we can come to a cool place and relax. WHAT ELSE CAN YOU ASK FOR? I LOVE THIS PLACE.I HIGHLY

Want to stay in shape while on vacation?  Complejo Deportivo
Municipal(Municipal Sports Complex) is located 4 blocks from Villa
Sol and Cozy For Two. It is open to the public for FREE Monday -
Friday. On the premises there is a 1/4 mile running track that is a
favorite for local joggers.  Some start exercising as early as 4 AM.  
There is also a well-equipped gymnasium if you go for the more
intensive workout.  There is an inside basketball court, baseball
diamond, tennis courts, and the newly added batting cages.  Aerobic
classes are offered in the morning at 9 AM which are also FREE.  
There is plenty of FREE parking.  Where else could you go and get
this kind of FREE service with friendly people.
